Every package includes skate rentals, a host, and setup and cleanup. Prices start from the weekday rate.
Private session for up to 100 guests. Priced to the event, $1,200–$5,000.
A $100 deposit reserves your date and is taken when you book. The remaining balance is invoiced through Square and is due 48 hours before your party. You can pay it online from your party page.
Kids' packages include four free chaperone passes — the birthday parents plus two. Additional adults staying to skate are $12 each. Guests beyond your package limit are $22 each, and you choose at booking whether the party locks at its limit or extra guests are welcome.
Skate rental is included for every guest in your package. Everyone who skates needs a signed waiver — one waiver covers a parent and their own children, and it stays on file for a year. Your guests can sign theirs from the invitation before party day, which keeps the queue short on arrival.
Deposits are non-refundable, but we'll do our best to move your party to another date if your plans change. Call the rink on (904) 515-5406 as early as you can and we'll sort it out.
Payments are processed securely by Square. We never see or store your card details.
Your confirmation email has a Set Up Invitations & Track RSVPs button — that link is your party page, and it needs no password. Lost it? We can find it from the email you booked with.
